NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

REZONING

Notice is hereby given that the Pflugerville Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will hold two public hearings to consider the following rezoning case:

To receive public comment and consider an application to change the zoning from Alternative Land Use Regulation (ALUR) to Single-Family Urban (SF-U) for approximately 20 acres out of the Jacob Casner League, located along the north side of Rowe Ln., between the Rowe Loop and Rowe Ln. intersections and along the east side of Rowe Loop, to be known as the Huntington Park Rezoning. (REZ-10-0073)

The public hearings will be held at City Hall, 100 E. Main St., Suite 500, Pflugerville, Texas on the following dates:

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

Monday, April 5, 2010 at 7:00 PM

CITY COUNCIL

Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 7:00 PM
