Notice is hereby given that the Pflugerville Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will hold two public hearings to consider the following rezoning case:

To receive public comment and consider an application to change the zoning from General Business 1 (GB-1) to Light Industrial (LI) for Lot 2, Block A of the Springbrook II Business Park located at 1950 Picadilly Dr.  (REZ10-0093)

The public hearings will be held at City Hall, 100 E. Main St., Suite 500, Pflugerville, Texas on the following dates:

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

Monday, July 12, 2010 at 7:00 PM

CITY COUNCIL

Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 7:00 PM

Consideration of this matter is at the request of the City of Pflugerville.  All interested persons are encouraged to participate in the deliberations on this hearing.
