Construction Inspection Division

The Construction Inspection Division is responsible for inspecting all public infrastructures under construction by private developers and the City. The Inspection Division strives to provide quality inspection services by ensuring that all construction is in accordance with approved plans, specifications and that compliance with the City’s construction standards and policies is maintained. Inspectors also work with the construction community and city staff to search for inventive ways to avoid and/or reduce future maintenance costs, provide for public convenience and safety, and implement new construction methods and techniques.
