Utility Bill Payment Information
The City of Pflugerville offers six ways to pay your utility bill.

Water Softener Rebate Program
The City provides incentives for customers to replace their working timer-based self regenerating water softener with a demand-initiated regeneration (DIR) water softener with the Water Softener Rebate Program.

Conserve water -
The “Water IQ: Know your water” is a statewide public awareness water conservation program that educates Texans about water conservation. Through Water IQ, the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) provides information on water-efficient practices, raises awareness about the importance of water conservation, and helps Texans use less water. Application for utility service can be made at the City of Pflugerville, 100 East Main, Suite 100, Pflugerville, TX  78660, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.  A utility deposit is required to establish service.  Identification and contact information is required for application.

Utility Disconnects
To disconnect utility service, please call the Utility Billing Office at (512) 990-6100.

Confidentiality
You have the right to maintain confidentiality of certain personal information.  To request confidentiality of personal information contained in your utility account records, please complete the confidentiality form and return to City of Pflugerville, PO Box 589, Pflugerville, TX  78691.

Winter Wastewater Averages
For residential customers on the City’s retail water and wastewater service, the City bases your monthly wastewater charges on your water consumption for November, December, January and February.  Commercial wastewater charges are based on actual monthly water consumption. Details

Locating Water Lines
The City of Pflugerville does not locate water lines on private property.  It is the responsibility of the property owner to locate water and wastewater lines.  For location of other utility lines, please contact the “Call before you Dig” program at (800)-DIG-TESS or 811.

Meter Tampering
Water meters are solely the property of the City of Pflugerville.  Any tampering, jumping, cutting locks or any impairment to the water service provided by the  City of Pflugerville will result in fines in accordance with Texas Penal Code 28.03.
